We use Google’s Random Number Generator to select the winner of each competition so the winning number is is completely chosen at random and transparent via a live stream on our live social feeds.

Yes , you can certainly come along to a live draw , but please contact us first via email as our draw locations may sometimes change.

We accept all major credit or debit cards as standard. All payments are secure. A free entry method is also available (see our T&C’s Clause 16).

Your ticket number(s) will be shown as soon as your order is confirmed and will be available under My Account and in your email confirmation.

If a competition you’ve entered doesn’t sell out, the draw will still proceed, giving you a higher chance of winning compared to a fully sold-out draw! Every draw is guaranteed to take place on the date and time specified on the entry page. All sold tickets remain valid, and we’ll generate random numbers until a winner is determined. For instant win prizes, any unclaimed within the competition’s time limit will be forfeited; however, every purchased ticket will still qualify for the main prize draw, if applicable.

Your order will show as cancelled if you did not complete the payment, or if your payment failed. Orders are automatically cancelled after 10 minutes if we do not receive a successful payment.

Each Competition will have the draw date and time listed on the entry page, every draw is guaranteed to take place at the specified time regardless of how many tickets are sold.
